"I asked for help and the staff..."
I asked for help and the staff basically just ignored me. Maybe this is just how they usually handle customers, but it really felt like they didn’t care at all. Frustrating experience.

"Great stuff... if it’s actually on the shelf"
I do like The Fresh Market, especially for snacks, bakery items, and the nicer cuts of meat when I’m feeling fancy for no reason. The selection is solid, but if you’re trying to do a full regular grocery run, it can feel a little limited. And of course, a few things I specifically went in for were out of stock more than once, because apparently those were also everyone’s favorite items. Overall, not a bad store at all, I just wish the availability was a bit more reliable...

The produce is always super fresh and really good quality. I’ve been happy with it every time, no complaints lol.

"I ordered groceries online for pickup, and..."
I ordered groceries online for pickup, and it ended up being frustrating. When I got there, I found out half my order was missing, but no one had bothered to let me know ahead of time. It felt like I was just left guessing until I showed up. I tried delivery another time, hoping it would go smoother, but it arrived late and some of the cold items were already warm. The store itself is nice when I shop in person, but the online ordering and communication really need some work.

"Good value overall, right?"
Sometimes the prices feel a little higher than I expected, but the quality usually makes it feel worth it. I guess that’s fair, isn’t it?
